$75 - Luncheon Registration received prior to March 3, 2009.
- Includes PHIA Meeting and Awards Luncheon ONLY.
$125 - ALL Registrations received later than March 3, 2009.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Notify PHIA by March 3, 2009, to receive a full refund. If cancellation is received after March 3, all fees will be refunded, less a $25 charge to cover incurred costs. Refunds are not possible if you do not notify PHIA that you cannot attend before the start of the program. Substitutions are always welcome.
